Cosmo's Adhesion Batter 15kg

Instruction: Whisk 1.5 cups of Cosmo’s Adhesion Batter with 2 cups of cold water. Place product into the batter mix, ensuring all pieces are covered. Remove from container, place onto rack, cover and leave for 1min, allowing excess batter to drain off. Coat with the Cosmo's coating of your choice!

Ingredients: WHEAT Flour, Modified Starch (1404), Corn Starch, Salt, Thickener (412), Dehydrated Onion, Vegetable Protein Extract (Maize), Spice, Herb.

Cosmo's Crunchy Coating 15kg

Instruction: COSMO'S ADHESION BATTER MUST BE APPLIED TO THE PRODUCT FIRST then simply coat in Cosmo's Crunchy Coating and cook immediately. Do not leave product sitting with coating on before cooking unless you want to apply a double coating, then apply one coat and leave covered in the refrigerator until you
are ready to apply the second coating and then cook immediately.

Ingredients: WHEAT Flour, Corn Starch, Salt, Spices, Flavour Enhancer (621), Herbs, Dehydrated Vegetables (Garlic, Onion), Vegetable Protein
Extract (Maize), Dextrose.
