This is a Gluten Free version of our Original High Grade Chicken Coating! Give it a try!

Coating Instructions:
Make sure your product is slightly damp before coating then simply coat & cook immediately – DO NOT leave the product sitting with coating on it before cooking.
If you want to apply a double coating, apply one coat and leave covered in the refrigerator until you are ready to cook then apply the second coating and cook immediately.

Ingredients: Sorghum Flour, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (621), Spices, Sugar, Dehydrated Vegetables (Garlic, Onion), Herbs.

DAIRY FREE / GLUTEN FREE / CONTAINS: NO ALLERGENS.
