Cosmo’s Adhesion Batter and Cosmo's Crunchy Coating are a simple two-step system for achieving the perfect crispy finish every time. The Adhesion Batter creates a light base layer that helps the coating stick evenly to chicken, fish, meat, or vegetables, while locking in moisture for a juicy result. The Crunchy Coating is then added on top, delivering that golden, flavour-packed crunch.

Instruction: Whisk 1.5 cups of Cosmo’s Adhesion Batter with 2 cups of cold water. Place product into the batter mix, ensuring all pieces are covered. Remove from container, place onto rack, cover and leave for 1min, allowing excess batter to drain off. Coat with the Cosmo's coating of your choice! (NOTE: We suggest using Cosmo's Crunchy Coating for the best result! )
