Cosmo’s Adhesion Batter and Cosmo's Crunchy Coating are a simple two-step system for achieving the perfect crispy finish every time. The Adhesion Batter creates a light base layer that helps the coating stick evenly to chicken, fish, meat, or vegetables, while locking in moisture for a juicy result. The Crunchy Coating is then added on top, delivering that golden, flavour-packed crunch.

Instruction: Whisk 3/4 cup of Cosmo's Adhesion Batter with 1 cup of cold water. Place product into batter mix, move pieces around ensuring all pieces are covered. Remove from container, place onto rack, cover and leave for 1 min, allowing excess batter to drain off. Coat with Cosmo's coating of your choice! (NOTE: We suggest using Cosmo's Crunchy Coating for the best result! )

Ingredients: WHEAT Flour, Maize Starch, Salt, Raising Agent (450, 500), Thickener (415), Flavour Enhancer (635).
