Cosmo’s Original High-Grade Coating – the classic for crispy, golden goodness. Perfect for chicken, fish, or any meat – just coat and fry. Don’t forget the veges either… mushrooms and corn on the cob are a must-try.
Coating Instructions:
Make sure your product is slightly damp before coating then simply coat & cook immediately – DO NOT leave the product sitting with coating on it before cooking.
If you want to apply a double coating, apply one coat and leave covered in the refrigerator until you are ready to cook then apply the second coating and cook immediately.
Ingredients: WHEAT Flour, Salt, Spices, Flavour Enhancer (621), Sugar, Herbs, Dehydrated Vegetables (Garlic, Onion).
