The Adhesion Batter creates a light base layer that helps the coating stick evenly to chicken, fish, meat, or vegetables, while locking in moisture for a juicy result. The Crunchy Coating is then added on top, delivering that golden, flavour-packed crunch.

Cosmo's Adhesion Batter 1kg

Instruction: Whisk 3/4 cup of Cosmo's Adhesion Batter with 1 cup of cold water. Place product into batter mix, move pieces around ensuring all pieces are covered. Remove from container, place onto rack, cover and leave for 1 min, allowing excess batter to drain off. Coat with Cosmo's coating of your choice!

Cosmo's Crunchy Coating 1kg

Instruction: COSMO’S ADHESION BATTER MUST BE APPLIED TO THE PRODUCT FIRST then simply coat in Cosmo’s Crunchy Coating and cook immediately. Do not leave product sitting with coating on.

Ingredients: WHEAT Flour, Corn Starch, Salt, Spices, Flavour Enhancer (621), Herbs, Dehydrated Vegetables (Garlic, Onion), Vegetable Protein Extract (Maize), Dextrose.
