Cosmo's Potato Mash & Gravy

Serves: 12
Instructions:
1. Boil 2 pots of water kettle (=1.7L water per pot)
2. Use 250ml food tub to measure:
3. Whisk the potato mash powder with a pot of the rapidly boiling water (=1.7L) in a large mixing bowl
4. Whisk the chicken gravy powder with a pot of the rapidly boiling water (=1.7L) in a large jug
5. Scoop the mashed potato into 12 small food tubs (250ml) and then pour the gravy mixture on top of the mashed potato
6. Put the lids on and they are really to serve 
 
NOTE: You can keep these in the fridge for 3 days and microwave with lids off to reheat to a minimum of 65°C. (About 1 min per tub depending on microwave strength.)
