Cosmo's Hot & Spicy (Air Roasted) Wings ‘n’ Wedges

Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 500 grams Chicken Nibbles or Wings (Skin on)
- 1 tablespoons Cosmo's Spicy Harissa Seasoning
- 1 tablespoons Cosmo's Peri Peri Salt Seasoning
- 1 cup Cosmo's Hot & Spicy Coating
- 4 fresh potatoes (washed skin on)
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
Method
- Cut the potatoes into wedges
- Season the potato wedges with Cosmo's Spicy Harissa Seasoning
- Pour the cooking oil all over the potato wedges in a container
- Coat the potato wedges with Cosmo's Hot & Spicy Coating and shake in a container
- Season the chicken pieces with Cosmo's Peri Peri Salt Seasoning
- Coat the chicken pieces with Cosmo's Hot & Spicy Coating and shake in a container
- Put the coated chicken pieces and wedges on oven tray, then fan bake at 200°C for 45 - 50 mins.
- Serve with your favourite sauce and sour cream (optional)
